What's included
Everything for six weeks. One price.
A structured program with a start, a finish, and a coach checking your numbers every week in between. Everything below is included for members and non-members alike.
- Unlimited classes Come as often as you want, seven days a week. Every session is coached.
- Weekly coach check-in Sit down with your coach once a week to go through your progress and adjust.
- Six weekly InBody weigh-ins An InBody weigh-in every week — not just day one and the last day. Also what keeps you eligible for the prize.
- Nutrition consultation & meal plan Sit down with a coach to set your nutrition plan and your goals for the six weeks.
- Macro tracking Track your macros, meals and progress in the Camp On Demand app. You log it, we review it.
- Support and guidance Somebody notices when you don't show up. That turns out to matter.

$297
All six weeks, everything above included.
Current Camp members
$127
Already training with us? The challenge is $127 on top of your membership.
One payment, for the full six weeks. Nothing is charged today — booking a class is free and commits you to nothing. If you decide to continue as a member afterwards, we waive the enrollment fee.
New this challenge
The prize grows with the challenge.
$250+
The cash prize starts at $250, and we add another $100 for every 10 people who enrol at Whittier. There is no cap. The more people who join, the bigger it gets — for everyone.
Two things keep you in the drawing:
Complete all six weekly InBody weigh-ins
Attend at least 12 workouts during the six weeks
The winner is drawn at random from everyone who meets both
requirements — it is not judged on results, so you are not competing against
anyone else in the room.
Current members and non-members are both eligible.
Real Whittier members, real numbers
Six weeks is long enough to see it.
Whittier members at their weigh-ins, holding what they melted. Most did it in six weeks. A couple didn't need that long.
Results as recorded at each member's weigh-in at The Camp Whittier. Results vary from person to person and depend on how closely the training and nutrition plan are followed — these are individual results, not a promise of what you will achieve.
Before you commit
Book your free workout first.
Pick any session on the schedule and come train with us — a real class, scaled by the coach to whatever level you're at right now. Meet the team, see how it runs, and talk about the challenge afterwards. No obligation, and nothing to pay on the day.
Changing an existing booking
Pick your new time below. This replaces your previous request — you don't need to cancel anything.
You're booked in!
What happens next
- A confirmation email is on its way to you right now.
- Our team will text you to confirm the time.
- Come a few minutes early — wear training shoes and bring water.
- Train with us, meet a coach, and ask anything you want about the challenge.
- If it's for you, we'll get you registered before October 12.
Your request has been submitted. Our team will contact you if there are any issues with availability.
After the six weeks
Most people don't want to stop at six.
By November 23 you'll have six weeks of training behind you, a stack of weekly scans showing exactly what changed, and a coach who knows how you train. A lot of people decide they'd rather keep going than start over in January.
If you roll over into a membership, we waive the enrollment fee. And if six weeks was what you came for, that's genuinely fine — you finish with your numbers and no hard feelings.
How it actually works
Experience the difference in our holistic approach to health and fitness
Five things working together. Take any one of them away and six weeks isn't long enough — which is why the challenge includes all of them, not just the workouts.
